CA Elec Code § 13315 (2014) What's This?
The officer charged with the duty of providing sample ballots for any election at which vote by mail voter ballots may be cast shall cause to be printed on the envelope containing the sample ballot in heavy-faced gothic type, not smaller than 12-point, the following:
