CA Bus & Prof Code § 19593 (2014) What's This?
No method of betting, pool making, or wagering other than by the parimutuel method shall be permitted or used by any person licensed under this chapter to conduct a horse racing meeting.
(Repealed and added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1828.)
