PART 6.4. COUNTY HEALTH INITIATIVE MATCHING FUND

Nothing in this part creates a right or an entitlement to the provision of health insurance coverage or health care benefits. No costs shall accrue to the state for the provision of these services. The state shall not be liable beyond the assets of the fund for any obligation incurred or liabilities sustained by applicants in the operation of the fund or of the projects authorized by this part.
(Amended by Stats. 2003, Ch. 230, Sec. 40. Effective August 11, 2003. Inoperative July 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 12699.64. Repealed as of January 1, 2016, pursuant to Section 12699.64.)
