PART 6.4. COUNTY HEALTH INITIATIVE MATCHING FUND

All expenses incurred by the board and the State Department of Health Services in administering this part, including, but not limited to, expenses for developing standards and processes to implement any of the provisions of this part, evaluating applications, or processing or granting appeals growing out of any of the provisions of this part, shall be paid from the fund or directly by applicants, except that the board may accept funding from a not-for-profit group or foundation, or from a governmental entity providing grants for health-related activities, to administer this part.
(Amended by Stats. 2005, Ch. 80, Sec. 10. Effective July 19, 2005. Inoperative July 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 12699.64. Repealed as of January 1, 2016, pursuant to Section 12699.64.)
