CA Ins Code § 12699.55 (2013) What's This?

The board, in collaboration with the State Department of Health Services, shall review each funding proposal submitted by an applicant in accordance with the criteria described in Section 12699.54 and based on that criteria, approve or reject the proposal.

(Added by Stats. 2001, Ch. 648, Sec. 1. Effective October 10, 2001. Inoperative July 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 12699.64. Repealed as of January 1, 2016, pursuant to Section 12699.64.)
