CA Elec Code § 2113 (2013) What's This?

Any elector absent from the county in which he or she claims residence may request a voter registration card from the county elections official of the county of residence. The county elections official shall furnish a voter registration card, to each elector requesting a card and showing that he or she will be temporarily absent from his or her home county. Upon receipt by the county elections official, the affidavit of registration shall be processed as required by this chapter.
