CA Welf & Inst Code § 5840.2 (through 2013 Leg Sess) What's This?
  

(a) The department shall contract for the provision of services pursuant to this part with each county mental health program in the manner set forth in Section 5897.

(Added November 2, 2004, by initiative Proposition 63, Sec. 4. Operative January 1, 2005, pursuant to Sec. 16 of Prop. 63. Note: Prop. 63 allows, under conditions in Sec. 18, the Legislature to directly amend its provisions by 2/3 vote.)
