CA Pub Util Code § 17101 (through 2013 Leg Sess) What's This?
  

An action to determine the validity of bonds or indebtedness, authorized for the acquisition, construction, or completion of any public utility or public utility works, may be brought pursuant to Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 860) of Title 10 of Part 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure. For such purpose an indebtedness shall be deemed to be in existence upon its authorization.

(Repealed and added by Stats. 1961, Ch. 1521.)
