CA Prob Code § 6521 (through 2013 Leg Sess) What's This?
The probate homestead shall be set apart for the use of one or more of the following persons:
(a) The surviving spouse.
(b) The minor children of the decedent.
(Enacted by Stats. 1990, Ch. 79.)
