CA Pub Res Code § 32657 (through 2013 Leg Sess) What's This?
The San Diego River Conservancy Fund is hereby created. Moneys in the fund shall be available, upon appropriation, for the purposes of this division.
(Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 574, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2003. Repealed as of January 1, 2020, pursuant to Section 32661.)
