Section 33.5
CA Ins Code § 33.5 (through 2013 Leg Sess) What's This?
(a) “Casualty broker-agent” means a person licensed pursuant to Section 1625.
(b) “Property broker-agent” means a person licensed pursuant to Section 1625.
