CA Govt Code § 67473 (through 2013 Leg Sess) What's This?
  

(a) The California State University, Channel Islands Site Authority is hereby established.

(b) The purpose of the authority shall be to provide a specific reuse plan for and to finance and support the transition of the property known as Camarillo State Hospital from its former use to a new state university campus and compatible uses.

(Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 861, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1999. Conditionally operative as provided by Sec. 5 of Ch. 861.)
