If the farm products creditor fails, refuses, or neglects to file in the office of the director his or her verified claim as requested by the director under this chapter, within 60 days from the date of the request, the director is relieved of further duty or liability pursuant to this chapter on behalf of the farm products creditor.

(Amended by Stats. 1987, Ch. 109, Sec. 6. Repealed as of date prescribed by Section 56717.)
