Section 55609.1
Remittance in full of the amount which is realized from such sales, including all collections, overcharges, and damages, less the agreed commission and other charges, together with a complete account of sales, shall be made to the consignor within 10 days after receipt of the moneys by the consignee, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The burden of proof is upon the consignee to prove the correctness of his accounting as to any transaction which may be questioned.
