CA Food & Agri Code § 53561 (through 2013 Leg Sess) What's This?
  

Any lot of nursery stock which does not comply with the provisions of this chapter is a public nuisance and shall be subject to seizure on complaint of the director or the commissioner to a court of competent jurisdiction in the area in which the nursery stock is located.
