Any person may appeal to the secretary for a hearing if aggrieved by any one of the following actions or decisions:

(a) Denial of any registration.

(b) Revocation of any registration.

(Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 533, Sec. 24. Effective January 1, 2003.)
