Section 23981
CA Food & Agri Code § 23981 (through 2013 Leg Sess) What's This?
A person shall not transport any sheep, unless the sheep are accompanied by a bill of lading which shows all of the following:
(a) The name of the owner of the sheep.
(b) The destination of the sheep.
(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
