CA Bus & Prof Code § 2541.6 (through 2013 Leg Sess) What's This?
No prescription ophthalmic device that does not meet the standards adopted by the State Department of Public Health, the State Board of Optometry, or the Division of Licensing and Division of Medical Quality of the Medical Board of California under Section 2541.3 shall be purchased with state funds.
