The pilot program authorized by this chapter shall be deemed successful in a given county if, at a minimum, the outcomes from the services funded by the county child and family services fund show improvement over baseline performance.
(Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 951, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1994. Inoperative January 1, 2013. Repealed as of January 1, 2014, pursuant to Section 18987.5.)
