CA Welf & Inst Code § 14175 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

The director may release any lien imposed pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 14172 if he finds that the liability represented by the lien, including any interest accrued thereon, has been paid or is legally unenforceable.
