ARTICLE 5.21. Medi-Cal Hospital Provider Rate Stabilization Act
Section 14167.18
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, if the letter that indicates likely federal approval in accordance with Section 14167.352 has not been received on or before December 1, 2010, then this article shall become inoperative, and as of December 1, 2010, is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before December 1, 2010, deletes or extends that date.
(Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 218, Sec. 19. Effective September 8, 2010. Conditionally repealed on December 1, 2010, by its own provisions. Repealed as of January 1, 2013, pursuant to Section 14167.17, if not repealed earlier. Note: Repeal affects Article 5.21, commencing with Section 14167.1)
