ARTICLE 5.21. Medi-Cal Hospital Provider Rate Stabilization Act
Section 14167.17
This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2013, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2013, deletes or extends that date.
(Added by Stats. 2009, Ch. 627, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2010. Conditionally repealed on December 1, 2010, pursuant to Section 14167.18. Repealed as of January 1, 2013, by its own provisions, if not repealed earlier. Note: Repeal affects Article 5.21, commencing with Section 14167.1.)
