(a) The department shall reduce reimbursements to pharmacists by fifty cents ($0.50) per prescription, effective January 1, 1995, for all drug prescription claims reimbursed through the Medi-Cal program.
(b) This section shall become inoperative on September 1, 2004.
(Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 228, Sec. 14. Effective August 16, 2004. Inoperative September 1, 2004, by its own provisions.)
