CA Welf & Inst Code § 12502 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

There shall not be additional income and resource limits for the program provided for under this chapter other than those applicable to the categorical program mentioned in Section 12500 that provides eligibility for the program provided for in this chapter.
