CA Welf & Inst Code § 11250.7 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Except where inconsistent with federal law, the salary of a full-time certificated employee of a school district shall be prorated over a 12-month period for the purposes of determining eligibility for aid under this chapter.
