CA Welf & Inst Code § 4359 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

This chapter shall remain in effect until July 1, 2019, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute enacted prior to July 1, 2019, extends or deletes that date.

(Amended by Stats. 2009, Ch. 439, Sec. 11. Effective January 1, 2010. Repealed as of July 1, 2019, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Chapter 5, commencing with Section 4353.)
