CA Welf & Inst Code § 241 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
The members of a probation commission appointed and holding office under prior provisions of law on January 1, 1977, shall continue in office and shall be members of the probation commission created hereby for the same term as that for which they were appointed.
