CA Water Code § 81308 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Work or works include, but is not limited to, reservoirs, water treatment plants, facilities for the transmission of water, water conservation measures and programs, facilities for the conjunctive use of surface water and groundwater, and facilities for the transmission of recycled water.
