ARTICLE 4. Collection of Tolls and Charges by the County
Section 47982
CA Water Code § 47982 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
The county tax collector and treasurer shall thereupon collect, receive and disperse to the district such tolls and charges as are collected with the regular tax payments to the county. The provisions of Sections 47908 to 47911, inclusive, shall be applicable to any such tolls and charges.
