ARTICLE 4. Redemption
Section 47376
CA Water Code § 47376 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
If no redemption is made within three years, the county treasurer, upon demand and surrender of the certificate of purchase, shall execute to the purchaser, his heirs or assigns, a deed of conveyance of the parcel of land described in the certificate.
