ARTICLE 2. Notice of Time for Payment
Section 46696
CA Water Code § 46696 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
The notice shall be sent through the mail, addressed to each holder of title to land at the address shown on the county assessment roll, together with a statement showing the amount due for the applicable parcel or parcels. The notice shall also be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in each affected county.
