Section 45700
CA Water Code § 45700 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
If any district having authorized the issuance of any bonds shall issue additional bonds based on another assessment, the dates of maturity of the additional bonds or any series thereof shall be such that the latest maturity thereof shall not exceed 50 years from their date.
