Section 42725
CA Water Code § 42725 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
If the vote at either of the elections prescribed in this part is adverse to the report, the proposed project is abandoned. Thereafter the district shall continue, and the original project shall be and remain in the same full force and effect, as though no proceedings had been taken under this chapter.
