CA Water Code § 42202 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
The cost of the examinations, surveys, plans, specifications, and estimates is a part of the expense of the project. The board may issue warrants therefor, which shall be payable out of the funds of the district and may be included in any bond issue authorized for the purposes of the district.
