CA Water Code § 41551 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
Notice of any special election to be held pursuant to the provisions of this division shall be given by posting notices in three public places in each election precinct in the district for at least 20 days, and also by publication of the notice once a week for three successive weeks in each affected county.
