CA Water Code § 40383 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

For wilful violation of any express duty provided for in this division on the part of any officer named in this division, he shall be liable upon his official bond and subject to removal from office by proceeding brought in the superior court of the office county by any assessment payer of the district.
