CA Water Code § 40304 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
On the day of the regular meeting of the board in April next following each general election, the directors shall meet and organize as a board, elect a president and appoint a secretary and a treasurer, who shall each hold office during the pleasure of the board.
