Section 39931
CA Water Code § 39931 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
On the ballots provided for the formation election shall be printed:
(a) The words Water storage district Yes and Water storage district No, or words equivalent thereto.
(b) The names of persons to be voted for at the election.
