Section 39052
CA Water Code § 39052 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
The holder of title to an undivided interest in land affected by any of the provisions of this division may sign any petition or vote at any election provided for in this division, and such undivided interest shall be counted and valued as though it were a separate interest.
