Section 26081
CA Water Code § 26081 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
At any time after any assessment has become delinquent the board may direct the collector not to proceed with the sale of any delinquent property, but to bring suit against the delinquent in the proper court in the name of the district to enforce collection.
