CA Water Code § 22844 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
The board shall:
(a) Elect an assessor and a collector, and on and after 12 p.m. on December 31, 1971, elect a treasurer, each of whom shall hold office at the pleasure of the board.
(b) Fix and alter their respective compensations.
