Section 34504
CA Veh Code § 34504 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
The Department of the California Highway Patrol shall enforce the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to Section 34501. Rules and regulations adopted pursuant to Section 34501 shall become effective on March 1, 1965.
