CA Veh Code § 20017 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Any peace officer who knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a pesticide has been spilled or otherwise accidentally released, shall report the spill as required in Section 105215 of the Health and Safety Code.
