CA Unemp Ins Code § 1274.10 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2015, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, which is chaptered before that date, deletes or extends the date.
(Amended by Stats. 2008, Ch. 507, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 2009. Repealed as of January 1, 2015, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 1.5, commencing with Section 1266.)
