CA Unemp Ins Code § 128 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
Benefits means the money payments payable to an individual, pursuant to this division, with respect to his unemployment and includes unemployment compensation benefits, federal-state extended benefits, or extended duration benefits, or disability benefits, or all of them.
