CA St & Hwy Code § 2460.5 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

From funds remaining after allocations for projects higher on the priority list, the commission shall offer to allocate the remaining funds for the next eligible project on the priority list, even though the amount of the remaining funds is less than the amount the local agency is entitled to for that project.
