CA Prob Code § 21350.5 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

For purposes of this part, disqualified person means a person specified in subdivision (a) of Section 21350, but only in cases where Section 21351 does not apply.

(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 730, Sec. 13. Effective January 1, 1996. Repealed as of January 1, 2014, pursuant to Section 21355.)
