CA Pub Res Code § 42605 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

The State Department of Education shall encourage participation in the integrated waste management education program established pursuant to this chapter in cooperation with the California Integrated Waste Management Board to satisfy the teaching requirements of the science framework adopted by the State Board of Education.
