Section 26800


CA Penal Code § 26800 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

A license under this chapter is subject to forfeiture for a breach of any of the prohibitions and requirements of this article, except those stated in the following provisions:

(a) Subdivision (c) of Section 26890.

(b) Subdivision (d) of Section 26890.

(c) Subdivision (b) of Section 26900.

(Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 711, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 2011. Operative January 1, 2012, by Sec. 10 of Ch. 711.)
