CA Penal Code § 14183 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

This title shall become inoperative on July 1, 2013, and is repealed as of January 1, 2014, unless a later enacted statute that is enacted before January 1, 2014, deletes or extends those dates.

(Amended by Stats. 2009, Ch. 31, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2010. Repealed as of January 1, 2014, by its own provisions. Note: Termination clause affects Title 11.7, commencing with Section 14180.)
